REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Digital Downloads:
Due to the digital nature of our instant download art prints, all sales of digital files are final. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been downloaded. If you experience any technical issues with your files, please contact us immediately at fractalflowart@gmail.com and we will resolve it for you.

Physical Made-to-Order Prints:
Because our physical products and art prints are printed on demand custom for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

Damaged or Misprinted Items:
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If your item arrives damaged in transit, please email photos of the damage and your order number to fractalflowart@gmail.com.
