This Privacy Policy describes how Fractal Flow Lab ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and handles information in connection with our business operations and developer integrations.

Information We Collect We collect information you provide directly to us when placing an order, including your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. For our internal developer tools, we access only our own platform data (such as Pinterest pins, boards, and analytics) to manage our business. We do not collect personal data from other platform users through our developer applications.

How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to process orders, fulfill purchases, communicate with you about your order, and improve our products and services. Our internal automation tools use platform data solely to manage our own storefronts and marketing content.

Data Sharing We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Order fulfillment is handled by Printful, who receives only the information necessary to fulfill your order. Payment processing is handled securely by Shopify's payment infrastructure.

Data Security We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All internal API credentials and tokens are stored securely in Google Cloud Secret Manager.
